All domestic orders are shipped via UPS and all international orders are shipped via DHL. Order processing may take up to 7 days. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. All packages are insured and trackable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.

Please note, our standard delivery & return policies do not apply to made-to-order products or items marked as Final Sale. Shipping surcharges may be applied on orders requiring multiple deliveries. If we anticipate longer delivery times for a specific product, that information will be listed above as well as in checkout and in the order confirmation email.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

During the holiday period, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.

• Domestic Orders: Place your order by 12/14 with UPS Ground or 12/20 with UPS Next Day Air to guarantee delivery by 12/24. We cannot guarantee delivery for orders placed after these dates.
• International Orders: Place your order by 12/10 to guarantee delivery by 12/24. We cannot guarantee delivery for orders placed after this date.
• Orders placed between December 1st – December 27th will have an extended return window of 45 days after delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time. Standard shipping times range from 10–15 business days depending on your location. Need it faster? We offer express options at checkout. If there's ever a delay on our end, we'll let you know right away no ghosting, no excuses.

Delivery

All items are packed securely to prevent damage in transit. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout we can’t change it once the order’s out the door. If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll help you figure it out with the carrier. Missed deliveries or unclaimed packages may be subject to reship fees.
